Can you take over a property mid-contract?
Yes, if the existing agreement allows it. We document the current condition during the property walk so the starting point is clear to everyone.
How do you handle storm cleanup?
Debris cleanup after a storm is scheduled and priced separately from recurring maintenance, based on the actual conditions on the property.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Insurance documentation is provided on request as part of the proposal. Ask for it in the request form.
