Landscape design and installation
Renovations and new plantings planned for Southwest Florida conditions, installed by a crew that understands how the landscape will need to be cared for afterward.
Overview
A renovation should solve a real problem: a tired entrance, beds that never filled in, turf that will not hold, or plantings that fight the site. The right plan starts with the soil, sun, drainage and irrigation that are already there.
SiteScapes Landcare reviews the site, proposes a planting plan sized to the project, installs it and sets out an establishment care plan so the new landscape settles in.
Who this is for
Homeowners, associations and commercial properties planning a renovation, a new planting or an entrance refresh.

Do you provide design drawings?
The level of drawing depends on the project. A bed renovation may need a plant list and layout; a larger project may need a scaled plan. Tell us the scope and we will explain what we would prepare.
What affects the cost of a renovation?
Plant sizes and quantities, removal of existing material, soil and drainage work, irrigation changes, hardscape elements and access to the site. The proposal itemizes these so you can adjust the scope.
Do you use Florida-Friendly plants?
We select plants suited to the site's conditions and follow the Florida-Friendly Landscaping principles promoted by UF/IFAS where they fit the property's goals.
