Landscape maintenance
Scheduled care that keeps turf, beds, shrubs and palms looking looked after, with a scope you can read and compare.
Overview
Good maintenance is mostly consistency: the same work done well on the same schedule, adjusted as growth changes through the year. It should also be easy to understand what you are paying for.
Every SiteScapes Landcare maintenance program starts with a property walk and ends with a written scope that lists what happens on each visit, what is seasonal and what is quoted separately.
Who this is for
Communities, commercial properties and homeowners who want recurring care with clear inclusions.

What does a maintenance scope include?
It lists the work performed on each visit, the frequency by season, what is included such as irrigation checks, and what is quoted separately such as enhancements or storm cleanup.
How do you handle rainy-season scheduling?
Visits are planned around weather and growth. When rain moves a visit, it is rescheduled within the week and you are told. Mowing frequency increases during the wet season and decreases in the dry season.
How do I report a problem between visits?
Through your named contact by phone or email. The scope explains how issues are logged and followed up.
