Community grounds care for associations and property managers who need a clear scope, consistent visits and straightforward reporting.
Overview
Common areas, entrances, amenity centers and streetscapes are the first thing residents and prospective buyers see. A maintenance program for an association has to cover them reliably, explain what is and is not included, and make it easy for a board or manager to raise a concern and see it resolved.
SiteScapes Landcare prepares a written maintenance scope for each community after a property walk. The scope lists visit frequency, the work performed on each visit, how irrigation is checked and how enhancements are proposed and priced separately.
Homeowner associations, condominium associations and community association managers across Lee and Collier counties.
Next steps
Tell us the community name, approximate size and your contract renewal date.
We review entrances, common areas, irrigation and problem spots with you or your manager.
You get inclusions, exclusions, visit frequency and pricing in a format that is easy to compare.
Landscape ideas
Photography is illustrative of Southwest Florida landscape styles and does not show completed SiteScapes Landcare projects.
Entrances and sightlines, turf condition, beds and mulch, shrubs and palms, irrigation coverage, drainage trouble spots, debris and storm concerns, and how residents report issues today. The walk ends with an agreed list of what the written scope must address.
Anything outside the recurring scope, such as a bed renovation or seasonal color, is proposed in writing with its own price. Nothing is added to the recurring invoice without approval.
Before the current contract renews, with enough time for a property walk and board review. Tell us your renewal date in the request form and we will plan around it.
